The villa features four spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and three modern bathrooms with showers, plus an additional guest toilet. The open-plan living area connects seamlessly with a fully equipped American-style kitchen, fitted with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

Outside, guests can enjoy a 3 x 10 m private swimming pool, landscaped garden and a large terrace ideal for outdoor living. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue allows for al fresco dining, while the fenced 768 m² plot ensures privacy and security.

Additional amenities include sauna, spa area, jacuzzi, air conditioning, heat pump heating, satellite TV and complimentary WiFi. Private outdoor parking is available for up to three vehicles.

Villa Olea is located just 15 km from the beaches of Poreč and close to the renowned Višnjan Observatory and Istrian wine roads, making it an ideal base for exploring Istria.

The total reservation amount can be paid immediately or in 2 instalments:

1st instalment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking

2nd instalment: 70% of the remaining balance by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation from the date of reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date will be charged 30% of the total reservation amount.

Cancellation within 29 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
